The TRAHC African American Committee (TAAC), will join the nationwide collaboration to expand reading opportunities for youth through Wide Free Little Library Project.  The Texarkana Gazette donated five unused newspaper stands to be refurbished.  The units will hold books for kindergarten through 4th grade.

Please stop by our ArtsSmart Lower Gallery at the Regional Arts Center to see their wonderful and creative interpretations of the super heroes they are! Your visit to this free exhibition will be a show of support for Evergreen Life Services' mission to better the lives of our fellow Texarkanians with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Run the Line Half Marathon

The Run the Line Half Marathon is a unique opportunity to run in one half marathon in Texas and Arkansas on a USATF certified (#AR09010DLP) single-loop course! The race starts at Broad and Main Streets in downtown Texarkana, TX and finishes in Texarkana, AR. The course includes two park asphalt trails and residential neighborhoods on city streets. The finish line is downtown at 3rd and Wood Streets in front of the Hopkins Ice House about 4 blocks from the start.
